How to Install a Pin-It Button on WordPress

This tutorial is for customers who have purchased our Pin-It Button add-on.

1. In the instructions PDF you received after purchase, download the Pin-It Button plugin via the provided link. Note: Do not unzip the plugin.
2. Go to your WordPress dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
3. Upload the Pin-It Button plugin zip file, then Activate the plugin.
4. Go to Settings > Pin It Button For Images. Click the "Visual" tab.
5. Scroll down to the Pin Image section. Choose Custom.
6. Click "Upload an image using media library" and upload your pin-it button image. If you'd like, you can change the placement, margins, etc. of your pin-it button.
7. Save changes.

Note for Pin-It Button purchases before April 14, 2026: If you purchased a Pin-It Button prior to this date, your original version used a repository-based plugin. We've since released our own Pin-It Button plugin just for our customers, which wasn't included with earlier purchases.
