Go to your WordPress dashboard > Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives.
Click on the drop-down box and select “Entry Excerpts.”
Check the box that says "Display the Featured Image." Select the featured-variable (800 x 9999) image size, or your preferred image size.
Click Publish to save your changes.
The "9999" height allows your featured images to display at their
natural height relative to width. This gives you full control over how your images display on your blog. Whatever "shape" your original image is, that's what will show on the blog page.
Turn off Read More button (display full blog posts)
Go to your WordPress dashboard > Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives.
Click on the drop-down box and select "Entry Content."
In the "Limit Content to How Many Characters" box, type 0.
If you want to display the featured image at the top of the post, check the "Display the Featured Image" box. Otherwise, uncheck it.
