How to Get Your Mailchimp Form Code

This tutorial is for theme installation customers only.

If you would like your Mailchimp account linked to the subscription areas in your theme during theme installation, follow the instructions below to obtain your Mailchimp Form Code. Please note your form code must be sent to us prior to the completion of your theme installation.

How to Get your Mailchimp Form Code

1. Log into your Mailchimp dashboard. If you haven't created an Audience yet, do that first following these instructions.

2. In your Mailchimp dashboard, go to the Audience tab, then select Signup Forms.

3. Select Embedded Forms.

4. Next, you'll see this page:

5. Click the Copy Code button. The code will be copied to your clipboard.

6. Paste your Mailchimp form code in an email to orders@17thavenuedesigns.com. You do not need to modify the code other than just copy/pasting it into an email!
