Accessing the 17th Avenue Video Library

Our new Video Library is password-access only. Below we'll provide instructions on where to find the password.

If you purchased your theme on our website

1. Log into Your Account on our website.
2. Go to the "Theme Support" tab in your Account Dashboard.
3. The password will be found in the Theme Support tab, at the bottom of the pink box.

If you purchased your theme on Etsy

1. Go to Etsy.com and log in.
2. At the top right, go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews.
3. Locate your 17th Avenue theme order and click the "Download Files" button.
4. You'll be directed to a Downloads page for your order. On the Downloads page, you should see section called "Video Tutorial Site Access" — the password is listed there.
