How to hide the tagline on your website

There are a couple ways the tagline can be disabled on your website.

Disable the tagline entirely

To disable the tagline on your site entirely, go to Settings > General and remove the text in the Tagline field.

Hide the tagline on your website, but keep tagline for SEO

If you'd like your tagline to display in browser tabs and in search engines, but not on your actual website, here's what to do!

1. Click here and copy the code.
2. Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
3. Paste the code in the box, then click Publish.
