Creating Forms

Kadence Blocks includes a Form block that makes it super easy to create contact forms and other types of forms on your website. Your 17th Avenue theme includes a prestyled Form block, or you can set up your own following this tutorial from Kadence.

Email Notifications

After you have created your form, be sure to add your email address in the "Email To Address" field so that you are notified via email when you receive contact form submissions. It's a good idea to test your contact form on your site to make sure you are receiving emails properly. See here for further instructions and troubleshooting tips.

Troubleshooting

If you've double checked that your email settings are correct and you're still not receiving emails, you may need an SMTP plugin to handle email sending. We recommend WP SMTP.
