[Genesis] Post sharing icons

If you'd like to add sharing icons to the footer of your posts, follow these instructions:

1. Install and activate Genesis Simple Share.
2. In your dashboard, go to Genesis > Simple Share.
3. Under Icon Appearance, select "Filled."
4. Under Icon Display Position, select “After the Content.”
5. You can add, remove, or reposition your share buttons at the bottom of the page.
6. Save changes.
