Harper - Before Navigation widget area

Harper includes a custom widget area that displays above the navigation/header area. This widget area can be found at Appearance > Widgets > Before Navigation.

In the demo, the Before Navigation widget area houses a customized Kadence Posts block. Clicking on each image brings you to the corresponding post. As long as you imported the Harper demo, this area will auto-populate with your recent posts.

Choose Which Posts Display

If you'd like to hand-pick which posts display in the Posts block, click here for instructions. As a reminder, the Posts block is located at Appearance > Widgets > Before Navigation.

Other Widget Options

Want to display something else rather than posts? You have some options!

1. Gallery: You can replace the Posts block with a Kadence Advanced Gallery block. If you'd like it to display like the demo, set it to: grid, square image ratio, 9 columns, 0 gutter.
2. Instagram Feed: You can replace the Posts block with an Instagram Feed block. If you'd like it to display like the demo, create a new Instagram feed at Instagram Feed > All Feeds > Add New. Set the feed to 9 posts, 9 columns, 0 padding. Then add an Instagram Feed block to the Before Navigation widget area and select your new feed.
