Starter Theme - Contact Form

Your Starter Theme includes everything you need to add a contact form to your website. Follow the sections below to create your form, configure email notifications, and troubleshoot common issues.

Creating Forms

Your theme includes a pre-styled form block ( example) that you can customize with your own fields, labels, and settings. If you're creating a new form from scratch or would like to learn more about the available options, follow this tutorial from Kadence.

Email Notifications

Once your form is set up, be sure to add your email address to the Email To Address field so you're notified whenever someone submits the form.

Before launching your website, we also recommend sending a test submission to confirm that emails are being delivered successfully. See here for further instructions and troubleshooting tips from Kadence.

Troubleshooting

If you've double checked that your email settings are correct and you're still not receiving emails, you may need an SMTP plugin to handle email sending. We recommend WP SMTP.
