Contact page

Go to WordPress > Pages > Add New. Give your page a name (i.e. Contact Me).

Gutenberg Editor

1. Click the plus icon to add a new block to your page.
2. Search "Ninja Forms" and select the Ninja Forms block.
3. The block will take a moment to load, and then you can select the Contact Form that you would like to display on the page.
4. You're welcome to add additional text, images, etc to your page.
5. Click Publish to save the page.

Classic Editor

1. Once you've created a new page, go to Ninja Forms > Dashboard.
2. Locate the Contact Form that you would like to add to your page and copy the shortcode.
3. Go back to your Contact page and paste the shortcode in the content box.
4. You're welcome to add additional text, images, etc to your page.
5. Click Publish to save the page.
