Harper - Before Content Widget Area

The Harper theme has a Before Content widget area that displays right below the site title / above the site content. This widget area displays on all pages except the homepage. This area is ideal for:

• A Genesis eNews Extended widget (newsletter signup)
• An advertisement banner (use an Image widget or a Custom HTML widget)
