Clover [Kadence] - Post-Installation Guide
This article is for customers who have purchased theme installation for the Clover theme.
We just installed your theme on your site – you may be wondering, now what? Below we'll go over the common questions we get post-installation, where you need to go to update things, and more. :)
Editing your homepage and other pages on your site
Go to your WordPress dashboard > Pages to edit pages on your website. To edit your homepage, click "Edit" under the Home page.

Editing your navigation menus
All navigation menus on your site can be edited/changed/added to at Appearance > Menus. The navigation menus used in the Clover theme are:
- Primary = Menu to the left of your site title/logo
- Secondary = Menu to the right of your site title/logo
- Mobile = Menu that displays on mobile devices only
You will also have custom navigation menus for your top bar and footer columns.
Configure newsletter widgets
Your theme utilizes Genesis eNews Extended to display all of the newsletter signup forms on your site. These forms are located in the following widget areas:
- Newsletter signup forms on pages (i.e. the home page): Go to Appearance > Widgets > Mia Newsletter Block > Genesis eNews widget
- Sidebar: Go to Appearance > Widgets > Primary Sidebar > Genesis eNews widget
- After Entry: Go to Appearance > Widgets > After Entry Newsletter > Genesis eNews widget
- Footer: Go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer 6 > Genesis eNews widget

Instagram Feed
While we wish we could link your Instagram profile to the feed and get this all set up for you, Instagram now requires a direct login. Click here for instructions on linking your Instagram profile and configuring your feed as shown in the demo.
Coming Soon Page
On your installation form, you were given the option to have a coming soon page installed on your site. To remove the coming soon page and launch your site, go to your WordPress dashboard > CMP Settings. Under CMP Status, select "Disabled." Save changes. Next, go to Plugins > All Plugins and delete the "CMP - Coming Soon Page & Maintenance" plugin.
